Din Bil Sweden, which at the turn of the year acquired Bilmetro, is now developing the organization with four new site managers within Gävleborg – Dalarna. The role includes overall responsibility for the facilities in Gävle and Sandviken, which have a turnover of just over 800 million and have approx. 110 employees in the sales and service market. In the role of location manager, you will have overall responsibility for running and developing the local business and enabling sustainable and profitable growth. You have budget and profit responsibility for the facilities in Gävle and Sandviken that represent Volkswagen, Volkswagen Transportbilar, Skoda, Seat and Cupra as well as responsibility for Din Bil’s damage workshop in Gävle.
Development of managers and employees as well as responsibility for the environment, work environment issues are part of the position, as well as continuously following up the business and initiating improvement measures. Together with the department heads for the sales and service department, you set goals and prepare strategies and action plans. You support the organization in various activities and ensure that the employees have optimal conditions for performance. As location manager, you will also be regional brand manager for one of the company’s brands.
You report to the Regional Director and will be part of the regional management team together with four site manager colleagues as well as HR and finance.
We are looking for someone who has solid leadership experience with operational responsibility and the ability to lead through other managers. You have experience from a relevant role with a focus on business development of service and services at a high rate of change.
