As a visitor booker, you are the bridge between the customer and the security expert. Your primary task is to be the person who books the field salesman’s customer meeting and provides information about the products to the prospective customer and secures a booked time.

As a visitor booker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Contact potential customers over the phone and work effectively to create relationships with customers.
  • Introduce Verisure’s services and products and book customer meetings for the company’s field sales staff.
  • Meet different types of customers and offer added value in a trustworthy and secure way.


Part time / extra hours starting immediately. The work is located Monday-Friday 17: 00-21: 00 and weekends 10: 00-18: 00


For the role of visitor booker, we are looking for you who have:

  • Complete high school education.
  • Fluent knowledge of Swedish, speech & writing.
  • Good computer skills.

It is a big plus if you have experience of sales or booking a visit but not a requirement.
