The mission:

Is recruiting your passion? Would you like to inspire people to work in the hotel industry, regardless of whether in front of or behind the scenes? Then you are exactly right in the position of “(Junior) Recruiter” – together with the recruiting team you will find our new unique items!

  • You will find new ways to generate applications, especially from abroad, design job advertisements and keep an eye on recruiting trends.
  • You view applications for vacancies in our hotels across Germany and take on the correspondence and appointment coordination with foreign applicants.
  • Together with the specialist departments, you will conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews, then negotiate framework conditions and prepare job offers.
  • You will identify new unique items through active sourcing and build up a talent pool.
  • You are also a sparring partner for our operations team and advise them on all relevant issues relating to recruiting abroad.
  • You work actively in our application management system d.vinci and maintain all relevant data.
  • Finally, you will take on additional special projects in recruiting and HR marketing.

  • Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in human resources.
  • You have already gained initial experience in recruiting staff from abroad and are familiar with working with offices and authorities, such as the immigration authorities.
  • You have a good command of German and English.
  • Your personality is in the foreground for us, you are strong in communication, energetic and have a pronounced hands-on mentality.
  • You want to move things and sometimes critically question processes and content in order to optimize and develop them further.
  • You are a team player and support your colleagues.
