Information about the position
On behalf of Experian, Academic Work is looking for a customer consultant for their department in Oslo. As a customer consultant, you will answer inbound inquiries from customers, where the questions are often related to simple invoice questions, terminations and user access. Experian values customer service, and you therefore have to be a distinct service person. You will join a company where well-being is in focus, and where, among other things, there is a separate well-being committee that arranges social events for Experian’s employees.
To fit in with Experian, you must be a forward-thinking person, who has genuinee interests in working with office and administration. If you have a stand-on-will and show yourself as an ambitious person who takes a hold where needed, you are the right person for the job!
Tasks
- First-line support: answer customer inquiries by e-mail, such as inquiries about usernames and passwords
- Answer simple invoice questions and other ad hoc tasks
We are looking for you as
- Happily have completed higher education
- Has experience with customer processing, preferably in debt collection or invoice processing
- General good technical understanding
- Is familiar with the Office suite
- Very good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English
As a person, you are service-minded and concerned with giving the customer a good experience. You are also positive and flexible with a good work ethic, and show yourself as a self-motivated person.

- Scope of work: Full-time, 17-week maternity leave
