Nabobil just changed its name to Getaround and at the same time became part of a large, global organization. With that comes many exciting work assignments! As an Account Manager in Getaround, you get the opportunity to help ensure that we become the preferred car sharing player in Norway and can grow further on the foundation that Nabobil has built up over six years.  

Getaround connects safe, smart and affordable transport with people who need it for both private and work-related travel. We want to be the world’s best car sharing company with innovative technology that makes sharing a car far smarter than owning one. Our network includes tenants who trust that they can get a car when they need it and landlords who share cars on our platform, including those who run their own car sharing business through Getaround.

Your mission

As an AM, you will help build a committed and growing community of reliable professional landlords in Norway. This means acquiring new landlords with fleets of cars while maintaining the existing fleet of cars on the platform. 

Tasks

  • Manage incoming leads, plan and execute campaigns.
  • Convert leads to become rental partners and challenge their business plans as well as assist with planning the purchase and deployment of cars.
  • Follow-up of new and existing rental partners in the form of monthly profit assessments to drive increased turnover; profitability, price, quality, locations and car models.
  • Create engagement and build relationships with the professional landlords; telephone / video meetings, emails, webinars and physical collections. 
  • Be a mouthpiece into Getaround for the professional landlords
  • Share feedback and input
  • Escalate cases to the relevant department (customer service, claims, finance, etc.)

Your qualifications

  • You have experience from working with sales and / or account management.
  • You speak and write fluent Norwegian and English. 
  • You are good at building relationships with customers to create growth in your own portfolio.
  • You have good analytical skills.
  • You are good at presenting in front of an assembly and are not afraid to say your own opinion. 
  • You are good at collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
