IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst sought to take on an exciting opportunity in the Colchester office of an international company. The firm is a leader in its field and uses cutting edge technologies that you will support and gain exposure to. This is an excellent position for any analyst looking to learn new skills and seeking longer-term potential for progression.

The IT Support team prides itself on delivering a first-class service to the global user base – as a Service Desk Analyst you will support staff and ensure the IT systems are running effectively and efficiently. You will receive two weeks of paid training where you are taught how to use and support the company’s cutting-edge technologies, as well as receiving training on soft skills to ensure a white-glove service is delivered.

Desirable Skills

  • Windows 10/11 and Office 2016/0365 (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience working within a professional service environment / Start-Up Environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential

You should be able to demonstrate a strong client/customer service focus, as well as being interested in technology and solving problems.

This is a hybrid role and can be predominately work from home (WFH), however, you are required to work from the office on a weekly basis – meaning you will need to be within traveling distance of Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start or further their IT career as a Service Desk Analyst.
