Tasks and challenges

• Advice and coaching for children and young people and their families to promote their opportunities to participate
• Preparation and implementation of pilot training for participants
• Planning, preparation and implementation of workshops with children, adolescents and young adults
• Outreach work in the neighborhood, intensive networking, collaboration with multipliers

your profile

• Completed university degree in the field of pedagogy, educational sciences, social work (diploma, master, bachelor)
• Regional knowledge is an advantage
• Driving license class 3 or B is an advantage
• Open, communicative, confident demeanor
• Teamwork, advisory and organizational skills
• Good IT skills (Office package)
• Ideally, you are a member of the Protestant Church or a church that is a member of the Working Group of Christian Churches
