Tasks and challenges
- Advice and coaching for children and young people and their families to promote their opportunities to participate
- Preparation and implementation of pilot training for participants
- Planning, preparation and implementation of workshops with children, adolescents and young adults
- Outreach work in the neighborhood, intensive networking, collaboration with multipliers
your profile
- Completed university degree in the field of pedagogy, educational sciences, social work (diploma, master, bachelor)
- Regional knowledge is an advantage
- Driving license class 3 or B is an advantage
- Open, communicative, confident demeanor
- Teamwork, advisory and organizational skills
- Good IT skills (Office package)
- Ideally, you are a member of the Protestant Church or a church that is a member of the Working Group of Christian Churches
