Department of kitchen, cleaning and laundry is part of the unit institution. Our skilled chef at VitenBiten will be on leave for 1 year and we are looking for a substitute in the period from 1.2.2022 to 31.1.2023 with the possibility of extension.

Tasks
IK mat and HACCP
Preparation and serving of lunch to employees on the building and course menus
Supervision of apprentices
Customer contact, ordering, as well as certification and invoicing of services
Other tasks in consultation with the department head
Qualifications
Certificate as a chef
Relevant practice from public or private activities
Knowledge of current regulations, internal control and HACCP
Good self-insight, must be able to assess work situations that arise, see what needs to be done and get it done in a good mood
Hold a flexible and service-minded attitude towards our customers and colleagues
Good computer skills
Good Norwegian skills orally and in writing
Personal characteristics
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability for the position.
