About our client
Our client, Airbus is the pioneer of the aviation and aerospace industry, operating in commercial aviation, helicopters, space and defense. The Group is a world leader in the design, manufacture and delivery of products, services and solutions.
Reporting to the A320 Quality Improvement Department, your main mission is the management of internal / external customer complaints and suppliers.
You work across the board with the various departments of the company (purchasing, methods, engineering, production) to resolve product and process quality issues. To do this, you lead problem-solving groups and participate in industrial routines that allow you to control the reduction of costs of non-internal quality.
You will also have to propose and carry out continuous improvement projects in order to make the processes more reliable and to optimize their performance and their adherence.
Holder of a minimum Bac +5 in the field of quality, you have at least 2 years in an industrial environment, in an operational quality function.
Your field experience has enabled you to develop technical knowledge and skills: You are comfortable with the methodology (PDCA, PPS, 8D) and problem solving.
You have a good level in English and know how to work in a team.
