As a Customer Success Manager, you have a key role in the company’s operations. You will be an important part of a talented sales team that works to further develop our customers around the world. Your role will be to, together with the sales management, assist the sales organization with support regarding customer management, quotation development, contract management, customer communication and follow-up. You will have partial responsibility for some of the tools we use in decision-making and prioritization processes, you will work with data collection and producing reports. You will be involved in the customer dialogue and together with customer responsible sales help to maintain our strong relationships. Your work will also be to work closely with Customer Service and thus become involved in work that has with customer orders, complaints and deliveries.

Your qualifications

  • You work today in a coordinating and administrative role and want to take the next step in your career
  • You have at least 1-3 years of experience of having worked in a sales organization
  • You must be proficient in English
  • You have a sense of order and need to know how to compile data and produce reports, for example using Excel and other Office tools.
  • It’s a bonus if you have worked with Salesforce which is our CRM system and Oracle which is our business system.
  • You enjoy working in an innovative and technology-intensive company
