Description of the service
In the role of process developer for Finance, you move in the borderland between business, finance and IT where you drive implementation, use and development of SAP within each process area. You work with the business, manufacturing and business processes in the organization where you have an overview and understanding of these and the impact they have on the financial flows. It is mainly the processes “source to pay” and “record to report” that become the primary focus areas for the service. In your role, you will be an important support to both internal colleagues and external consultants and much of your work is performed in cross-functional teams. Your main contact points internally are with the departments for accounting, controlling, tax and treasury, but you also build close relationships with sitecontrollers globally where you have monthly reconciliations with them. You become part of the team within the global ERP organization where you report to the Global ERP Manager for Perstorp AB.
- Identify, structure and improve processes within Finance
- Support, support and teach the business to follow established processes
- Communicate changes and improvements to internal organization and external consultants
- Ensure that SAP is used in an optimal and efficient way
- Lead and run finance-related improvement projects
- Act as an interface between the business and IT / system technicians

Who are you?
You have a degree in economics and have worked for a few years with similar tasks in an industrial / production environment. You have experience from one of the larger business systems where you may also have held the role of superuser. If you are used to SAP, it is seen as a merit for the service. Your experience in finance is broad where you are used to both legal and operational accounting. Maybe you have worked for a few years in one of the processes accounts payable or accounting / reporting in a larger finance department. You have a basic understanding of the basic processes within the finance function and it is easy to see a connection to, for example, VAT and tax and how it is structured in the system.
As you in your role will have a lot of contact surfaces both internally, externally and globally, it is important that you have easy to communicate in both Swedish and English in both speech and writing. You can easily adapt your communication to the respective recipients of the information. Your personality is characterized by a great driving force where you are used to taking great personal responsibility and working independently and solution-oriented.
