We are now looking for you who want to be part of our internal OTS team that works with call sales! As part of the team, you want to be part of the implementation of a new team and way of working where you work 100% with small sales at Telenor in Malmö.
You are our voice to the outside world and we therefore place great value on finding you who are curious, service-oriented and a team player. You are passionate about sales and meeting the customer and are an incredibly good listener. For us, as well as for you, it is a matter of course that team spirit and cooperation is a key to success. You have a high interest in working by phone and have a talent for communication.What you will doIn the past year, we have piloted sales in our store operations as the customer does not move from home to the same extent due to current restrictions and pandemics – when the customer does not come to us, we come to the customer!The next step in this journey is our SOOT – Stores Outbound Only Teams. This is a team that works full time with call sales from one of our offices. You will also work closely with sales people in Telenor’s stores. As the initiative is newly started, you will, together with your primary task of making call-out sales calls, also have a great opportunity to influence the initiative and our routines. You therefore need to be solution-oriented, like to challenge and be curious.As part of SOOT, you will work with a tight team of about 4 salespeople and a Team Lead who reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest region. You will work together in our dialer system LeadDesk which helps you to talk to existing and future customers as often as possible. Together you will work with listening, coaching and find your own way of working that is suitable for your group.What we offer:
