WHAT WILL YOU DO FROM DAY TO DAY?

Contribute to the maximum availability of merchandise for customers, through the correct and punctual execution of the tasks of the flow of merchandise in the store, guaranteeing the filling of the store through proper picking.

Analyze and adjust the sales space capacities based on the system parameters (sales location management) to guarantee high stock availability.

Make the gaps for the merchandise, prepare the plans that facilitate the replacement process and properly place the products in the accessories area of ​​the store, in order to facilitate the replacement tasks.

Place the products that customers leave at different points of the store in their place of sale and carry out the cardboard withdrawal after the store closes.

Support inventory control in order to maintain a correct inventory to maximize the availability of products for our customers.

You are available to help colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when needed.

You are committed to all IKEA rules and requirements in terms of health, safety and protection, and you actively help colleagues to avoid any incident in which employees, customers, teams or facilities may be involved.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge / Training in logistics or warehouse areas
  • Work experience in logistics or warehouse areas
  • Fluency in handling manual pallet trucks
  • Valuable qualification as a machinist
  • Availability to work early morning shifts
  • Fluency in IT tools management (office 365 …)
