The mission:

Is recruiting your passion? Would you like to inspire people to work in the hotel industry, whether in front of or behind the scenes? Then you are in the right place in the position “(Junior) Recruiter” – together with the recruiting team you will find our new unique items!

  • You view applications for vacancies in our hotels across Germany.
  • You take over the correspondence and coordination of appointments with the applicants.
  • You will conduct telephone and personal interviews together with the specialist departments.
  • You negotiate framework conditions and create job offers.
  • You will identify new unique items through active sourcing and build up a talent pool.
  • In addition, you are a sparring partner for our operations team and advise them on all relevant questions about recruiting.
  • You will work actively in our application management system d.vinci, maintain all relevant data and optimize and adapt the system.
  • You create new job advertisements, keep an eye on recruiting trends and test new channels and platforms.
  • Finally, you will take on special projects in recruiting and HR marketing.

  • Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a personnel service clerk or a comparable apprenticeship or degree.
  • You have already gained initial experience in recruiting, also in active sourcing or in personnel services.
