Sales consultant Dealer in parts of Rogaland / Vestland

Jotun A / S has a leading position in the Scandinavian paint market, with, among other things, the strongest and most innovative brands LADY and DRYGOLIN. We now have a vacancy as a sales consultant Dealer in parts of Rogaland and Vestland county. The position involves sales and follow-up of Jotun’s products and services at our retail customers. You will help to ensure high customer satisfaction, long-term and good customer relationships and that Jotun is perceived as the most attractive and profitable partner in the industry.
You will be responsible for following up your own customer base in the district, as part of our motivated sales team in the West region. The desired place of residence is the Stavanger / Haugesund area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main tasks will be:
* Active sales of Jotun’s products, MultiColor mixing equipment and sales materials to new and existing dealers.
* Systematic and differentiated customer
follow-up * Actively follow up sales goals, distribution and activities
* Conduct regular collaboration
meetings with most important customers * Actively follow up chain activities, campaigns and agreed range
* Initiate local sales activities with own customers
* Ensure the best possible exposure of products, sales and store materials
* Take the initiative for training / courses locally and actively recruit to Jotun Paint & Color Academy
* Use CRM as a follow-up and reporting tool


QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration

Languages:
English, Norwegian

Work experience:
Sales

Other qualifications (certificates, skills, etc.):
Retail Sales Operations, Sales, Sales Objectives, Sales Performance, Sales Results

PERSONAL PROPERTIES 
We are looking for you who have significant work experience in sales, either from or towards the store, combined with a relevant college education / bachelor’s degree. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of education. You must be comfortable using digital tools such as CRM, MS Office etc. You speak fluent Norwegian and speak English well.
You are a person who takes initiative and makes things happen. You identify and exploit commercial opportunities, and focus on business development and profits. You make an impression on others and get feedback for ideas and plans. You comply with the organization’s rules and procedures and achieve good quality results. You work methodically and systematically and make clear priorities. You identify with Jotun’s values; Loyalty, Care, Respect and Courage.
