In your role as administrator, you will receive sick reports and appoint substitutes and keep statistics for sick leave on a daily basis. You will follow up on sick leave, keep reconciliations with the assistants and staff vacancies in collaboration with the assistant consultants. You will handle and approve schedule changes via email and have a dialogue with the social insurance office. You will also be involved in the recruitment of personal assistants if necessary.

Start: Immediately during November
Working hours: On-call time 06: 00-8: 00. Monday-Thursday 08: 00-16: 00. Fridays 08: 00-12: 00. The on-call time can be performed from home, but the remaining work during the day must be performed on site at the office.
Location: Södra Mälarstrand, Slussen. The introduction will be in Bromma.
We are looking for you who have some years of work experience in administration. It is an advantage if you have worked with personal assistance before for the role. We are happy to see that you have a basic understanding of the Office suite and Excel. It is an advantage if you have also worked with scheduling or working time legislation before. Furthermore, as a person, we like to see that you are relationship-building, communicative, solution-oriented and flexible. A requirement for the position is that you are fluent in the Swedish language in speech and writing.
