Activities
Identifying potential business partners and maintaining supplier
relationships
Creation and evaluation of business documents
for planning purchasing
Inquiries and negotiations with suppliers about prices and
delivery conditions
Monitoring and control of delivery dates and incoming goods
Creation of internal order catalogs for standard articles
Scanning and administration of order and invoice processes,
as well as invoice verification acquisition of
subsidies
implementation of cost / benefit analyzes
maintenance and application of the inventory control system
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training (preferably wholesale
and foreign trade or industrial clerks)
Professional experience in purchasing operating, raw and auxiliary materials, hygiene articles
and work clothing
Negotiation and organizational skills, assertiveness,
discretion
Ability to work in a team, creativity and a sense of responsibility
Very good IT user skills
